Dear Colleagues:

Please disseminate this information regarding the Hokkaido University President’s Fellowship for 2016. Hokkaido University offers this scholarship to current or alumni students of universities that have concluded Inter-University Exchange Agreements and a Memorandum of Understanding on Student Exchange with Hokkaido University (ie. UP).

Application details are outlined in the attached guideline and deadline of application is on 15 January 2016.
